Back in 2008, when Joseph first started making comics, he thought it'd be cool to have a "production studio" of sorts. Since Joseph drew primarily blobs and stick figures at the time, he named this illustrious enterprise Sticks and Comics Studios (SACS). While he thought of potato sacks, the rest of the middle schoolers around him thought of something else. As a result, Joseph somehow ended up with Miscellaneous Stuff Productions in either 2008 or 2009. He's not really sure which.
The hazard logo was birthed within a few months of changing the name, and it's stuck ever since. It did take 3 years for it to have an actually polished design, though. Since then, Joseph's been tinkering with it on and off every couple months, with the final final design being done in September of 2016.
